We plan our hikes, walks & events around our customers, we’ll create a custom and unique route designed for you.
We form relationships with our customers, and explore as friends & family the beauty of Wales.
We pride ourselves on being professional but also fun, our objective is for people to leave one of our days having enjoyed themselves and learnt something about the area we are exploring and gained some navigation experience.
My name is Phill, and mountain medicine began with myself, my partner Janine and son Richard, as Mountain Medicine has continued the family will often help with events and walks (Oh and they often bring sweets too!)

We are a family run organisation which enables us to keep control over events and activities.
We will never contract out work to other suppliers unless it is a specific activity that you require such as paddle sports etc. as part of one of our events, in which case we have a small trusted group of professionals that we use.
I personally have extensive personal knowledge of walking and camping in the areas we cover.
I have led many groups and individuals in all sorts of weather and get great satisfaction from doing so.
One of my most inspiring days was helping to Lead a group of blind and partially sighted walkers to the top of Snowdon for the “Milton Mountaineers” 50th anniversary walk. An absolutely incredible organisation and group of people!
